Items eligible for return includes coffee boxes purchased as ongoing subscriptions, twelve ounce bags of coffee, and any brewing equipment sold by Get Snak’d.

Items not eligible for return include Get Snak’d gift boxes. For Get Snak’d products purchased through third parties, please consult that seller’s return policy.

Returns
For items eligible for return, you have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. The 15 day return window is from the date the USPS delivers your item to the date you ship it to Get Snak’d. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Returns should be mailed to:

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping, if any, will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges
Get Snak’d does not exchange products. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to contact customer service directly.
